I'm Tore Kobbeltvedt, originally from Bergen and now based in Oslo. For me, work and the things that inspire it have always gone hand in hand.

Ideas emerge in different ways. Sometimes while developing concepts and solving creative challenges at my desk. Other times while experimenting with a new AI tool, composing music, sketching, spending time in nature or simply wondering why some ideas resonate with people while others don't.

For me, creativity isn't limited to what I do for a living. It's a way of staying curious, exploring ideas and making sense of the world.

Curiosity is what drew me to branding, because brands are ultimately about people. To leadership, because great ideas rarely happen alone. To technology, because every new tool expands the way we think and create. And to music, illustration and photography, because each offers a different perspective and a new way of seeing things.

Over the years, my role has evolved from graphic designer to creative leader, but the curiosity that drives me has remained the same. I'm still happiest when I'm learning something new, exploring an unfamiliar idea or bringing a new perspective to something familiar.
